As a Manager of Project Management at Glenart Group, you will play a key role in managing data center projects and ensuring their successful execution. This position focuses on project delivery, team collaboration, and effective coordination with stakeholders to drive results while contributing to the growth and success of Glenart Group.
General Responsibilities
- Project Delivery:
- Manage multiple data center projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion within defined scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any deviations and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day project activities, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Risk & Quality Management:
- Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Senior Managers and other team members to ensure seamless project handovers and alignment of priorities.
- Provide input and support to junior team members as needed, contributing to their development and the team’s overall success.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Primary work sites include Richmond, Pittsburgh, or Central New Jersey. Remote-eligible with 60% travel to your designated project site.
Compensation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below. This salary information reflects the compensation Glenart Group is prepared to offer candidates hired to perform work within specified locations at the time of this posting.
- Remote (Regardless of Location): $110,000 - $150,000 for Manager, Project Management
The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be detailed in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses. These incentives may be discretionary or non-discretionary, depending on the applicable plan. Glenart Group reserves the right to adjust these programs to align with company goals and performance metrics
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience with a focus on construction project involvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing construction projects in mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale commercial settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
